Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Legal, EHS, & Security department supporting compliance and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$28.54/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Assist with managing the company's random drug and alcohol testing pool for drivers
- Maintain accurate and current testing pool lists and track selection results
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing appointments and notify drivers and supervisors of testing requirements
- Maintain a testing calendar and tracker for scheduled, completed, and pending tests
- Provide administrative support for the Drug & Alcohol Program and assist with routine reporting
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of related administrative or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
