Here at The Center at Parmer, we are currently looking for a Business Office manager to add to our growing team.

As the Business Office manager of a Skilled Nursing Facility you will be responsible for A/R, A/P collections, insurance verification, and maintain resident medical records.

• works with patients and or family members to complete financial packets
• prepares admission and financial packets
• Handle various business office duties
• prepare accounts for rebilling
• file secondary insurance, send to correct carriers with proper documentation
• identify coding or billing errors from EOB's and works to correct errors in a timely manner
• fills in for front desk when on break or lunch

• High school diploma or equivalent
• excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• able to work independently with limited direction
• acutely detail oriented and organized
