During the Full-Service Oil Change, the Hood Technician is responsible for performing all services in the engine compartment. The Hood Technician also directs activities in the bay area, ensuring services are thoroughly completed and recorded on the Work Order.
Responsibilities include:
- Vehicle Inspectors License is a plus but must be obtainable
- Customer service skills
- Basic literacy (reading, writing, math skills)
- Ability and license to operate motor vehicles
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to properly use mechanical hand tools
- Attention to detail
