Leif Johnson Automotive is growing, and our Austin store needs a proven Service Advisor who loves helping customers and keeping the shop running smoothly. If you bring professionalism, energy, and at least two years’ advisor experience, let’s talk.

• Greet every customer, listen to concerns, and translate them into clear repair requests.
• Build accurate estimates and keep customers updated on status and next steps.
• Partner closely with technicians to deliver quality work on time.
• Close out RO’s, review findings / warranties, and ensure each guest leaves confident in our service.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.
