What You'll DoAs a Body Shop Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping a high-tech fleet road-ready and operating at peak performance.
Your Responsibilities:- Assess and document vehicle damage after road incidents
- Perform minor on-site repairs and coordinate major repairs with service partners
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
- Monitor vehicle condition and proactively report issues
- Support field operations, including car evacuations and towing coordination
- Transport vehicles for service appointments, repairs, and washes
- Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Perform panel alignment and fitment
- Repair or replace trim, bumpers, mirrors, and exterior components
- Complete cosmetic repairs from low-impact damage or wear
- Sand, prep, prime, and perform paint touch-ups
- Assist with light welding as needed
- Assess cosmetic vs. structural damage
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Experience in automotive body repair, panel fitting, or exterior component installation (required)
- Strong mechanical background
- Experience with electric vehicles (preferred)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in body work
- Understanding of vehicle fit and finish standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
