We are always on the hunt for an Automotive Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department. Master Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame
Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians
Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
Offer training and guidance to other technicians
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
Full AC Shop!
Flexible and willing to work with anyone's schedule!
Shop
Hours:
Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday.
Automotive Master Technician Compensation is based on experience:
ASE Master Techs starting at $34.00 flat rate Honda Certified Master Techs starting at $34.00 flat rate Potential to earn up to $55 per flat rate with all certifications and production bonuses $10,000 sign-on bonus
Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
