Must be a US Person.
PurposeResponsible for the movement of material through the fab for their respective toolset. This includes wafer handling, and processing wafers on semiconductor tools.
Responsibilities Trainee and Level I- Follows documented work standards and process specifications
- Processes wafers through various computerized equipment, such as chemical baths, furnaces, film deposition, metal evaporation, and photolithography
- Carefully handles and transports product
- Visually inspects wafers and die for defects
- Enters equipment control data, completes logs, and forms verifying data
- Assists in staging material and setting up next shift for success
- Other related functions as assigned
- All of the Trainee/Level I responsibilities
- Provides technical support in the form of troubleshooting, diagnostics, adjustments, repair, modifications, assembly, and calibration of equipment according to specifications, blueprints, manuals, or written instructions
- Supports engineering with timely communication on results, issues, and bottleneck management
- Troubleshoots issues to diagnose root cause and recommend appropriate temporary and permanent solutions
- Maintains accurate logs of work performed, modifications, calibrations, and adjustments
- All of the Level II responsibilities
- Initiate lot starts at the direction of the Lead or Supervisor
- High School or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
