C Technician

Job Overview

This entry-level automotive service technician will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, minor repairs, tire and battery replacement, and other light duties under guidance. Complex diagnostics and work will be performed with oversight and training.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1‑3 years of automotive service experience.

• Perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Complete system diagnostics, thorough troubleshooting, and testing.
• Maintain an organized shop area.
• Road‑test vehicles to confirm repairs.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding status and estimates.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through training.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.

• Love of automotive work.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
