As a Body Shop Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping a high‑tech fleet road‑ready and operating at peak performance.

• Assess and document vehicle damage after road incidents
• Perform minor on‑site repairs and coordinate major repairs with service partners
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
• Monitor vehicle condition and proactively report issues
• Support field operations, including car evacuations and towing coordination
• Transport vehicles for service appointments, repairs, and washes
• Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Perform panel alignment and fitment
• Repair or replace trim, bumpers, mirrors, and exterior components
• Complete cosmetic repairs from low‑impact damage or wear
• Sand, prep, prime, and perform paint touch‑ups
• Assist with light welding as needed
• Assess cosmetic vs. structural damage
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

• Experience in automotive body repair, panel fitting, or exterior component installation (required)
• Strong mechanical background
• Experience with electric vehicles (preferred)
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in body work
• Understanding of vehicle fit and finish standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
