Position Overview:

As an Engineering Technician, you will be integral to supporting advanced technology development through meticulous testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems. You will interpret detailed schematics and technical instructions to perform precise soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and system testing.

Collaborating across departments, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, an AS degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent military technical training), or a BSEET degree with hands-on experience of at least 2 years

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, troubleshooting systems, and software applications such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and working flexible hours, including overtime as needed

• Automotive and HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply, given their transferable skills

Work Schedule Options:
Multiple shifts are available including weekdays, weekends, and swing shifts to accommodate your personal and professional life.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
