We’re seeking a bold, strategic Sr. Product Manager to shape the future of how millions of home seekers engage with promoted properties and professionals on ®. In this role, you will focus on enhancing our Spotlight Listing detail pages and our Agent Directory
, two critical experiences that support emerging, high-growth revenue streams.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role—part architect, part builder—where you’ll execute the roadmap that fuels our next stage of growth. You’ll partner deeply with the client product team, design, engineering, and data science to create consumer experiences that make finding a home and the right professional feel trustworthy, intuitive, and unique to ®.

What You ll Do:- Product Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the consumer product strategy for Spotlight Listings and the Agent Directory, ensuring alignment with company goals and high-growth revenue objectives.
- Feature Innovation: Lead the development of new features to enhance the consumer experience on listing pages, helping to make promoted properties and agents stand out to high-intent buyers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with client product, design, engineering, data science, and sales teams to align on roadmaps and ensure the successful execution of monetization-focused features.
- Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Decisions: Use consumer feedback and marketplace data to shape product strategies and drive thoughtful experimentation to meet the needs of buyers and agents alike.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Spotlight Listings and Agent Directory features from ideation to launch, ensuring they hit performance benchmarks for our new revenue streams.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on competitive trends in the real estate marketplace to ensure our Agent Directory and Spotlight products remain best-in-class.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Regularly communicate with leadership and key business stakeholders, providing updates on growth metrics and securing support for roadmap initiatives.
- Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and analyze KPIs—specifically those tied to conversion, engagement, and revenue—to guide continuous improvement.

What You Bring:- 8+ years of experience in product management
, with a proven track record of shipping consumer-facing features. Experience in marketplace companies or real estate technology is highly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
