Support Analyst – Level 1

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B customer success or service desk support
• Strong proficiency with macOS and related native applications (e.g., Numbers, Safari)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
• Basic understanding of CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex technical information
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and reviews independently

• Review partner and merchant applications against established criteria
• Investigate issues by analyzing available data and cross-referencing key systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and B2B partners to obtain additional context and recommend actions
• Utilize predefined templates to communicate issues and facilitate resolutions
• Document reviews, findings, and outcomes accurately in designated systems
