Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B customer success or service desk support
- Strong proficiency with macOS and related native applications (e.g., Numbers, Safari)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex technical information
- Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and reviews independently
- Review partner and merchant applications against established criteria
- Investigate issues by analyzing available data and cross-referencing key systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and B2B partners to obtain additional context and recommend actions
- Utilize predefined templates to communicate issues and facilitate resolutions
- Document reviews, findings, and outcomes accurately in designated systems
