  • Manage vendor relationships with a balance of professionalism and firm accountability—ensuring vendors meet all commitments, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Hold vendors responsible for results, timelines, and contract adherence, escalating concerns proactively and confidently as needed.
  • Conduct periodic vendor reviews and maintain current, accurate, and compliant contract documentation.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, and People teams to understand supply needs and ensure effective procurement support.
  • Serve as an internal consultant, guiding stakeholders on procurement processes, cost‑effective alternatives, and contract risk considerations.
  • Act as a strong internal partner—collaborative and approachable with team members, while acting as a vigilant protector of company interests in external negotiations.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Evaluate vendor risk, financial stability, and contract exposure; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal standards, and best‑practice procurement policies.
  • Create and maintain procurement documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
Position Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management; multi‑location or multi‑vendor environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of strong negotiation, cost savings, and vendor accountability.
  • Ability to balance assertiveness with diplomacy—confident pushing back, escalating, and holding firm when needed.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen, with experience monitoring spend patterns and identifying savings opportunities.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • High degree of integrity, skepticism in vendor evaluation, and commitment to protecting company interests.
