Vice President Strategic Partnerships

A high-growth B2B Payments company is seeking a VP of Partnerships to lead and scale its partner ecosystem. This role owns partner strategy, revenue growth across indirect channels, and the full partner lifecycle, while managing and developing a high-performing account management team. The position focuses on driving pipeline, strengthening strategic partner relationships, and aligning partner initiatives with broader business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of account/partner managers.
• Build and execute partner strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Own indirect channel revenue targets, pipeline generation, and forecasting.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value partners.
• Maintain senior-level partner relationships and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Track and report on partner performance and continuously improve partner processes.

• 5+ years of partnerships, channel sales, or alliances experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling partner programs, ideally in fintech or payments.
• Strong people leadership and revenue ownership experience.
• Strong relationships with ISO's & brokers
• Experience with CRM, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
