Position: Product Sourcing Specialist (Onsite)

The Product Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for leading white label product sourcing initiatives to expand B2B revenue and ensure solid margins. The person in this role will also manage the GSA product catalog, ensure ERP product data integrity, discover strong new vendors in low tariff regions to support new product offering categories, and support import classification and compliance processes.

This position reports to the VP of Product Development and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient product launches and accurate costing and pricing models.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, procurement, or product development

  • Experience with white label or private label sourcing

  • Working knowledge of international sourcing and import processes

  • Strong understanding of HTS classifications and tariff structures

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High attention to detail with strong system/data management capabilities

Bonus Points For
  • 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of sourcing, buying or product development experience

  • Experience in international supplier management

  • GSA contracting and listing maintenance experience

  • HTS classification knowledge

  • Prior experience using an ERP system (Netsuite preferred) for item record management

  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills

What You'll Do
  • Identify white label product opportunities aligned with the new product roadmap and company B2B sales strategy

  • Source new high quality white label products from low tariff regions

  • Conduct competitive market analysis and cost benchmarking for white label and in-house design products

  • Identify new, strategic domestic and international suppliers in low tariff regions to support new product development initiatives

  • Request product samples for white label and in-house design products and support sample evaluation process

  • Analyze total landed cost to ensure accurate product pricing and margins

  • Lead new product pricing analysis for white label and in-house design projects

  • Lead white label product onboarding from supplier selection through product launch

  • Create new item records ensuring all required product information is populated

  • Maintain item record SKUs across systems to ensure changes are updated appropriately

  • Ensure accurate product specifications, pricing, compliance documentation, and packaging details are complete

  • Manage identical items, linking in Net Suite and Blueridge as needed

  • Ensure HTS classifications are accurate for new white label and in-house design products to ensure lowest tariffs and duties are applied

  • Manage GSA product additions & modifications and lead quarterly GSA listing review for additions, removals, and modifications

  • Manage processes involved with GSA contract audits as needed
