Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset Management Specialist located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing asset-related activities, managing investments, analyzing financial data, ensuring efficient utilization of assets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed asset analysis, preparing reports, coordinating asset inventory, and developing strategies to optimize asset performance.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to assess asset performance and data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear reports
- Experience in Investments and Asset Management with a focus on creating value and efficient resource allocation
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices relevant to asset management and investment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in facilities management or government operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
