AFS is seeking interns to join our various team within our business operations and commercial divisions. As a member of this team, you'll have a large impact on the firm by adding your relevant experience to our organization and employees in a rapidly growing environment.

You'll also learn about change management, performance management, and organizational development. Additionally, our diverse business streams afford you the unique opportunity to grow across a variety of verticals, engaging you in unique challenges, projects, and technologies.

To be considered, you must be able to work 40 hours per week during our summer program in one of our office locations. Opportunities are available within the following groups:

Business Operations and Commercial Divisions

* Finance Intern (2):
This role may assist with: the procurement team with data analysis and business process improvement; the accounting team with data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks to support accurate and timely financial statements; or the FP&A team with financial analysis and forecast modeling.

* Client Service Intern (4):
This role may assist with: the strategy team with data analysis, generating insights, and support for strategic decision-making processes to drive business growth for our next generation investment infrastructure platform or department-level business process improvement initiatives, capacity management planning, and workforce management forecasting.

* Revenue Strategy & Analytics Intern (4):
This role will assist the revenue strategy team with strategy, corporate development, deal desk, reporting, and partnerships functions.

* Go-to-Market Intern (3):
This role will assist the business development team with data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence to support the development and execution of effective business strategies.

The skills you'll need to succeed:

* Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program; junior or senior standing preferred

* Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

* Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft 365

* Interest in Fintech

Preferred skills:

* Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, etc)

* Strong analytical skills
