An internship is a temporary position within 3M. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year.
This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and providing strategic insights. This position involves working closely with sales, marketing, and training departments to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

Assist the sales team in achieving sales objectives and managing customer accounts.
* Process Optimization:
Analyze and document sales processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and standardization.

Manage and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
* Training and Development:
Collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver standardized training content and sales enablement materials.
* Project Management:
Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Regional Sales Manager.
