** Job Summary
** The Partner Specialist will serve as the primary subject-matter expert on product, sales, and program information, training sales teams and facilitating partner campaigns. This role involves conducting meetings with sales teams, manufacturers, and customers, managing a sales pipeline, and processing partner deal registrations. Additionally, the specialist will create and maintain training content, monitor CRM submissions, and stay informed on new product offerings and certifications.
** Role Description
*** Act as a primary subject-matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
* Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products.
* Conduct conference calls/meetings with Sales teams, manufacturer Sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
* Manage and process Partner Deal Registration and/or other strategic pricing programs.
* Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
* Execute on partner campaigns and initiatives aligning with Sales teams.
* Monitor CRM for submitted Deal Registrations request and submit them to the partner.
* Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, as well as partner-specific trainings and certifications.
* Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization.
