We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Austin team. In this role, you’ll manage the full onboarding and implementation process for new clients — guiding them through a smooth transition, ensuring accurate data setup, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is client-facing
, requires strong analytical skills, and involves extensive work with Excel and data management.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Manage and analyze large data sets, using Excel and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Product, and Operations) to ensure client needs are met.
• Proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all onboarding tasks.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS - an advantage.

Salary range for this position - $65K/yr - $70K/yr
