Account Manager, Amazon Business Marketplace

セラーサービス事業本部Amazonビジネスマーケットプレイス事業部において、 新規出品企業の開拓とオンボーディングを担当し、Amazon Business上での販売開始から初期成長までをサポートするため、社内/社外のステークホルダーと連携しながら営業活動を行うことができる方を募集します。

We are seeking candidates who can conduct sales activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to recruit new selling partners and support their onboarding, from initial sales launch to early growth on Amazon Business.

• New seller recruiting strategy development: formulate target, approach methods, KPIs, and other parameters to achieve team and individual annual goals. Strategies must be logical, effective, efficient, realistic, and best practices shared with the team.
• Strategic proposal activities to sellers: execute sales activities swiftly based on the developed strategy and deliver results. Requires strong communication skills for any type of seller, deep understanding of Amazon's internal structure, identification of blockers in seller organizations, and the ability to act quickly and collaboratively to solve challenges.
• Seller identification and consultation based on market data analysis: analyze market and sales data by product category to identify target sellers. Conduct rapid, multi‑faceted analysis of market trends and competitive landscape, determine short‑term and mid‑to‑long‑term actions from sales launch, and propose them to each seller. Strategic solutions for complex business challenges are expected.
