You will be the driving force behind therapist and coach commercial success

  • Design and implement upsell pathways across sessions, programmes and longer-term journeys
  • Help practitioners maximise value per client without compromising integrity

  • Teach practitioners how to leverage the brand to their advantage
  • Drive niche clarity so offers speak directly to real buyers
  • Eliminate vague positioning that does not convert
🧠 Platform Adoption That Drives Revenue
  • Ensure the platform is used as a growth engine, not a content library
  • Hold practitioners accountable for implementation
  • Feed back commercial blockers to leadership and product teams
🚨 Accountability & Standards
  • Set clear expectations and performance benchmarks
  • Confidently manage underperformance and disengagement
  • Remove practitioners who will not implement or sell
Who This Role Is For

Essential Experience
  • Proven track record in business growth, sales or revenue leadership
  • Experience working with coaches, therapists or service-based practitioners
  • Demonstrable success driving conversion and monetisation
  • Strong leadership presence with high standards

  • Is comfortable pushing people beyond their comfort zone
  • Sees sales as service, not something to apologise for
  • Thinks in outcomes, not activities
  • Has little patience for excuses and high tolerance for accountability
