Our client is seeking a refined and highly strategic Business Development leader to represent a world-class, design-forward hospitality and event destination.
This is not a high-volume sales role. This is a brand-forward, relationship-driven mandate.
The ideal candidate operates with polish, discernment, and quiet confidence — someone who understands the nuance of curating the right introductions, cultivating long-term partnerships, and protecting brand equity while driving meaningful revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and steward strategic partnerships across corporate, cultural, luxury, and high-net-worth networks
Curate high-caliber introductions aligned with brand positioning
Lead a thoughtful, intentional sales strategy focused on quality over volume
Convert high-value opportunities into long-term relationships
Serve as an ambassador of the brand in executive, cultural, and luxury environments
Protect and elevate brand standards in every interaction
Requirements Ideal ProfileProven experience in relationship-driven business development or partnership leadership
Background in one or more of the following sectors strongly preferred:
Luxury hospitality business development
Private aviation or luxury services business development
UHNW concierge platforms
Executive-level communication and presence
Demonstrated ability to close meaningful revenue without transactional tactics
Strong judgment, discretion, and brand sensitivity
