HowYou Will Make An Impact
The Sales Operations Analyst will leverage operational and commercial data to drive continuous improvement and deliver data-driven insights to Sales and Account Management teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reporting accuracy, forecasting reliability, and analytics excellence to enhance client satisfaction and support strategic decision‑making.
This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales and operational data to develop recurring reports that track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Compile and analyze data to build and tailor Q presentations for clients; attend client meetings as needed to provide analytical support.
- Partner with the Sales team to organize, validate, and present forecast data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Serve as a power user of CRM systems, AES application, Power BI, Domo, and other data platforms to support reporting needs and ad‑hoc requests.
- Provide analytical support and reporting for leadership and cross‑functional teams, including Supply Chain, to inform business decisions.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and preparing data exhibits for executive and board‑level presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related function
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- CRM experience required;
Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred - Oil & Gas industry experience preferred but not required
- Based in Austin, TX (onsite role)
