Order Management Specialist

🕒 Long-term contract with potential to convert full-time

Our client is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to join their Sales Operations team in Austin. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and enjoys working cross‑functionally to ensure seamless order execution and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders (new business, renewals, upgrades, online purchases) with accuracy and SLA adherence
• Review and validate order details in partnership with Sales
• Manage invoicing support, billing inquiries, and invoice dispute resolution
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on administrative and compliance matters
• Serve as a point of contact for order‑related inquiries
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and support process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in order management or sales operations, ideally within SaaS or IT
• Strong experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
• Familiarity with invoicing and e‑commerce platforms preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
