The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting ATS’s revenue growth by ensuring opportunities are captured, tracked, coordinated, and consistently advanced through the sales process. As opportunity volume continues to increase, we are adding dedicated support to ensure disciplined follow-up and consistent deal progression.
This position serves as a proactive partner to Business Development, department managers, and leadership — helping maintain visibility, accountability, and growth momentum across active pursuits.
For the right individual, this role offers a growth path into expanded business development responsibility over time.
Core Objectives- Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline visibility
- Improve internal follow-through on proposals and pursuits
- Support structured outbound prospecting efforts
- Assist in generating and coordinating proposals
- Help convert activity into wins
ATS is over 30 years old and is an established 140-person multi-disciplined firm providing services in Texas and nationwide. ATS is one of the largest companies in what we do in Central Texas. ATS provides structural engineering, land surveying, inspections, and energy audit services. We currently perform over 90,000 inspections annually and provide technical support for over 50 jurisdictions in Texas.
