Client Service Associate

Sage Advisory Services is an investment management firm that manages assets for institutional clients and large families. We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail oriented Client Service Associate to support the firm’s Institutional Team. This role is ideal for a service minded professional who thrives in a deadline driven environment and enjoys working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Work with senior Institutional Team professionals to support consultant and client relationships
• Organize business intelligence on prospects and competitors to assist business development efforts
• Respond to incoming consultant and client inquiries about strategies, solutions, or account-specific details
• Maintain and update internal CRM with client and consultant contact information
• Organize and manage data within the internal shared drives
• Prepare custom presentations for consultant and client engagements
• Send confidential client statements, performance reports, and related materials with accuracy and discretion

• 2+ years of experience in client service, administrative, or professional support role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  Outlook experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

Annual Salary:
