Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager within Sales and Operations Execution (S&OP), you will optimize our fulfillment operations and concentrate on managing the flow of goods, information, and services within the supply chain network. You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within the Amazon fulfillment network and be an integral part in creating and implementing large‑scale strategic initiatives in inventory optimization, transportation cost, labor capacity management, and more – all with the goal of better serving our customers.
You will take end‑to‑end ownership of operations with an emphasis on sales & operations plan execution, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and more. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency and optimize the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus
- Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical and strategic improvements
- Own programmatic execution at both detailed and strategic levels
- Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain
- Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end‑to‑end customer experience
- Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
- Successfully operate and influence in a cross‑functional capacity
- Data‑mine by leveraging SQL/Python to influence key business decisions

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross‑functional project experience
- 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Master's degree
