This individual thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and works effectively with technical professionals, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver professional, on-brand, and high-impact proposals.

Key Responsibilities Proposal Development & Coordination
  • Manage the end-to-end development of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and related pursuit materials for the Infrastructure and Right-of-Way practice, as well as other V&A business lines as needed.
  • Coordinate with Market Leads, appraisers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to gather and verify key content including resumes, project experience, organizational charts, and pricing details.
  • Write, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency with Cushman & Wakefield brand standards and client requirements.
  • Apply light graphic design skills to create visually appealing layouts, cover pages, infographics, and section dividers that elevate proposal quality and readability.
  • Ensure all proposal deliverables are cohesive, polished, and compliant with RFP/RFQ instructions and submission requirements.
Content Management & Design Support
  • Partner with the Proposal Director and key stakeholders to develop, update, and organize reusable content, including case studies, team bios, and service descriptions.
  • Maintain a library of branded templates, graphics, and visual assets to support efficient and consistent proposal production.
  • Incorporate Cushman & Wakefield visual identity standards into all client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to produce high-quality layouts and graphics as needed for special pursuits or presentations.
  • Manage version control, formatting consistency, and visual alignment across multi-volume or multi-team proposal submissions.
Opportunity Intake & Tracking
  • Support internal proposal intake processes by reviewing opportunities, summarizing requirements, assessing fit, and contributing to Go/No-Go decision discussions.
  • Collaborate with Research and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities and maintain proposal calendars and status updates.
  • Track and manage proposal activity using Cushman & Wakefield’s project management and CRM tools.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
  • Participate in post-submission reviews to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement workflow enhancements to streamline proposal development and review processes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of V&A’s Proposal Content Library and pursuit strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, writing, or design within a professional services, infrastructure, or real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) or comparable layout/design tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into client-focused, persuasive narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience formatting documents and creating visual layouts that enhance readability and presentation.
  • Familiarity with real estate appraisal, infrastructure, right-of-way, or public-sector project delivery preferred.
