Pay Rate - $78.36/hr on W2
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial sales agreements
. This role partners closely with legal, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact deals and ensure contracts align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial sales contracts (e.g., MSAs, sales agreements)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance legal risk and commercial goals
- Support contract standardization, templates, and process improvements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in commercial sales agreement negotiation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in corporate/commercial environments
