About the role

Rippling is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement (IT) to support one of our most complex and high‑impact product areas. This role sits within the Product Enablement organization and partners closely with the VP of Sales for IT to drive seller readiness, accelerate ramp time, and ensure successful product adoption across revenue teams.

You will act as a thought partner to senior sales leadership, develop deep expertise in Rippling’s IT landscape and competitive positioning, and translate complex, technical products into clear, actionable training programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, operates at both strategic and executional levels, and isn’t afraid to build from scratch.

This role reports to the Manager of Product Enablement and works cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Rev Ops.

What you will do
  • Partner directly with Sales leadership as a strategic enablement thought partner supporting IT sales teams
  • Develop deep expertise in Rippling’s IT product landscape, competitive differentiation, GTM motion, and product ecosystem
  • Design and deliver training programs supporting product launches, process adoption, change management, and sales execution
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding curriculum for new hires, with a focus on reducing time‑to‑ramp
  • Identify skill gaps across revenue teams and develop targeted enablement initiatives to close them
  • Drive change management and communication strategies for major launches and organizational priorities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops to ensure programs are aligned and land effectively
  • Create scalable enablement infrastructure that supports rapid company growth
What you will need
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience building structured training programs and compelling enablement materials from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across organizations
  • Highly organized with exceptional operational rigor
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and drives change without waiting for direction
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Experience supporting technical or complex product portfolios is a plus
  • Background supporting multiple seller personas (AE, AM, SDR) is a plus
Compensation
  • US Tier 1: 108,000 – 180,000 USD per year
  • US Tier 2: 97,200 – 162,000 USD per year
  • US Tier 3: 91,800 – 153,000 USD per year

Competitive salary, benefits and equity are offered based on location and experience.
