Door Dash Drive is our rapidly scaling fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, retailers, and CPGs on a global scale. We are an entrepreneurial group, constantly identifying the largest pain points across our partners and building differentiated solutions powered by our logistics network and the flywheel connecting Dashers, Merchants, and Customers. Beyond our core restaurant business, we are also placing bets on new lines of business that leverage Door Dash’s unique data and delivery capabilities.

We are looking for someone passionate about building new business lines and scaling partnerships to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will be responsible for growing our CPG partnerships and go‑to‑market strategy, working with some of the world’s largest consumer brands to unlock new ways they can leverage Door Dash’s platform and marketplace insights to drive value across their business.

This role will own the growth, profitability, and strategic roadmap for our CPG offering. You will move fluidly between partner‑facing narratives and deep product analysis, defining and executing strategies that drive growth and adoption, and working closely with product, engineering, business development, and other cross‑functional partners to turn early‑stage bets into scalable businesses.

• Own & Strategize:
  Define and execute strategies to drive growth and adoption of key initiatives for your business segment.
• Build & Innovate:
  Lead 0→1 initiatives and develop new growth opportunities with Product, using data‑driven insights and partner feedback.
• Operate & Execute:
  Drive execution against strategy, working cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to bring initiatives to life and scale impact.
• Lead Partner Relationships:
  Serve as a key point of contact for strategic partners, building strong relationships and collaborating closely to grow their business and shape our approach.

• You have 4–6 years of experience succeeding in a competitive, challenging environment.

• Experience working with CPGs.
• Experience scaling both logistics and software offerings.
• Experience managing or supporting a complex P&L.
• Experience in the tech industry launching new partners and new products.
• A demonstrated interest in logistics, on‑demand services, and marketplaces.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
