The ideal candidate blends strong technical skill with hands‑on Sales Operations and Revenue Operations expertise, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a dynamic commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and Power BI dashboards supporting pipeline health, forecasting, quota attainment, productivity, conversion metrics, and account activity.
  • Own core Sales Operations and Revenue Operations reporting, including pipeline coverage, stage conversion, forecast accuracy, rep performance, and revenue trend analysis.
  • Monitor and enforce pipeline integrity, stage hygiene, and forecast discipline; partner with Sales leadership to improve data quality, compliance, and forecasting rigor.
  • Support end-to-end sales compensation processes, including quota loading, incentive calculations, attainment validation, and reporting for monthly and quarterly close cycles.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership on territory design, account assignment, coverage models, and ongoing adjustments to optimize capacity and growth.
  • Analyze sales and revenue performance across segments, regions, products, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own recurring operational cadences such as weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, rep productivity reporting, and executive-level revenue summaries.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to diagnose process gaps across the lead‑to‑opportunity and opportunity‑to‑close lifecycle, recommending scalable improvements.
  • Maintain CRM governance, including field definitions, workflows, validation rules, documentation, and ongoing data quality management.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling to support headcount planning, capacity analysis, productivity targets, incentive design changes, and other strategic Sales and Revenue Operations initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales and revenue data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, funnel and conversion metrics, forecasting methodologies, compensation mechanics, and revenue performance drivers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
Ideal Attributes
  • Operates with a sales‑first and revenue‑first mindset while maintaining high standards for operational accuracy and governance.
  • Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and increase efficiency.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, capable of partnering effectively across Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
