POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction operations and project execution across multiple large-scale programs. This role will work closely with construction managers, vendors, procurement teams, schedulers, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on track, deliverables are submitted on time, and procurement and scheduling milestones are met.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proficient with technology and reporting tools, and possesses strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. This role will play a critical part in coordinating schedules, tracking project deliverables, managing purchase order workflows, and supporting project closeout activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and support daily project operations across multiple construction programs
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all project deliverables, submittals, and milestones are completed on schedule
- Track and manage purchase order (PO) setup, status updates, and procurement coordination
- Work closely with project schedulers to maintain accurate timelines, schedules, and project tracking documentation
- Monitor and follow up on individual project line items to ensure timely execution and completion
- Assist with project closeout activities, documentation tracking, and reporting
- Support electrical, mechanical, and OFCI-related coordination activities across construction projects
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, field operations, and leadership teams to maintain project alignment
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, and presentations for project and leadership updates
- Present project updates and status reports to management and director-level stakeholders
- Identify project risks, delays, or gaps in execution and escalate issues proactively
- Support inventory management and material tracking initiatives
- Maintain organized project records, schedules, and communication logs
- Help streamline and automate coordination and reporting processes where possible
- 2 5 years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, operations support, or related field
- Experience supporting construction, electrical, mechanical, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam/revu, excel, and powerbi for dashboards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leadership teams
- Strong computer and systems proficiency with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience creating dashboards, presentations, and project tracking reports
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
