Position Overview
We are seeking a Buyer II professional with strong purchasing and logistics experience to support procurement operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in purchasing, supplier management, logistics coordination, and vendor relations who thrive in a collaborative team setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for spare parts, assemblies, and components
• Analyze and communicate vendor quotes, reports, pricing, and parts data
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier bids related to price, delivery, quality, and terms
• Manage open purchase orders to optimize supplier performance and delivery timelines
• Evaluate supplier performance using established rating methods
• Conduct supplier meetings and business reviews
• Support cost reduction and procurement improvement initiatives
• Interact effectively with internal departments and external vendors
• Generate procurement reports, statistics, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Business or Finance degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted with 4+ years of direct related experience
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience preferred
• Experience in logistics and purchasing operations
• Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of purchasing documentation including BOMs and specifications
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
