Overview
Job Title:
Process Associate / COI Analyst
Location:
Austin, TX
- Review COI requests
- Validate policy coverage
- Issue certificates within SLA
- Handle renewals/cancellations
- Coordinate with clients and account managers to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Experience in Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Hands-on experience with ACORD 25 forms
- Policy verification experience
- Experience with endorsements such as AI, WOS, and PNC
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
