Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in the LP First organization within both small and large operations teams, contributing as an individual contributor while ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and external partners. LP First & Co. is an operating holding company with LP First Capital as the PE Firm and LP Ops as an operating management company. You will sit at the junction of LP Ops LLC, where you will get experience with some of our operating businesses, along with helping out with some of the 80 businesses we have invested in.
This role frequently involves travel and relies on various tools such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, project management software, and standard office productivity tools to manage daily operations efficiently. We are looking for ambitious individuals who would like to grow and develop in our organization and or at our portfolio companies.
- Manage and streamline process workflows
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Generate and analyze operational reports
- Coordinate regularly with vendors and external partners
- Track inventory and monitor order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Conduct quality control and ensure compliance monitoring
- Handle scheduling and maintain detailed documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong data analysis and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
