Description:

** Driven by Enovis’ desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today’s changing healthcare environment.

Position Summary:

** We are seeking a Global Product Manager who will have responsibility for the growth of innovative products in the Surgical Business Unit within Enovis. In this critical position, you will have upstream global responsibility for our market-leading, high-growth, and high-visibility upper extremity portfolio including shoulder and elbow arthroplasty.

Your day-to-day activities in this exciting and ever-changing role will include but are not limited to: product development, product launch, sales training and surgeon collaterals, surgeon and customer education for products and procedures, sales support, key opinion leader development, product life cycle (PLM) management, business and strategic planning, and market data analysis. You should have a clear understanding of marketing principles, superior project management skills, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Product Managers are technical experts in their market segment and product lines. This is an individual contributor role.

* *** Product development***  + Manage product development initiatives to ensure products are launched that meet customer needs and market demands.  + Manage all aspects of new product introductions, including developing and communicating launch packages, collaterals, and plans with the partnership of the downstream marketing team.  + Develop and maintain strategic plans for current and future development of product lines inclusive of Enabling Technologies  + Create business plans in support of implementing projects and strategic initiatives
