Parking Analyst

We're looking for a Parking Analyst to join a large property management and real estate development company in downtown Austin, TX. This role will work with the Asset Management team on a portfolio that includes mixed-use assets - restaurants, retail, gyms, and commercial tenants - each anchored by parking structures that are among the top revenue generators across the platform. The Parking Analyst will analyze financial performance, manage operators, conduct site surveys, and drive value-add strategies.

This is a highly analytical role with a mix of financial modeling, project management, and field work.

• Conduct ongoing financial analysis and reporting for parking assets across the portfolio
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports on parking revenue; identify trends and opportunities
• Perform site surveys, evaluate asset performance, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Support the development and rollout of pilot technologies to advance the parking platform
• Present findings and areas of opportunity to internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Leasing, and Investments

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
• At least 6 months’ experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting (internship experience in data or financial analysis counts)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with financial or economic modeling a plus
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and follow through independently
• Strong written communication skills and a professional presence

This role is fully onsite and a long-term temporary position.

$32-35/hr.
