Key job responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end planning process for delivering power and cooling equipment in the assigned region.
  • Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, performing demand planning, supply planning, and ensuring interlock between demand and supply.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain planning, forecasting demand, and coordinating procurement activities.
  • Responsible for change management and coordinate changes to purchase orders and delivery schedules with global supply managers, sourcing managers, and internal customers.
  • Partner with data center demand planning team to capture customer demand and plan for equipment delivery using supplier lead times.
  • Responsible for tracking and mitigating risks related to material planning or equipment delivery.
  • Own business reviews and metrics to support improved decision making and on‑time deliveries across business partners and stakeholders; identify factors impacting timely communication of purchase orders.
  • Own performance metrics covering on‑time delivery, manufacturing lead times, shipping lead times, and for all builds within your regions.
  • Be single point of contact for internal customers for long‑lead equipment planning and delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or poor‑quality deliveries requiring immediate replacements or field service.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects to meet commitments and objectives while managing plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower risks and reduce lead times.
  • Influence partner processes, technologies, and policies to achieve mutual benefits for both organizations in a sustainable manner.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
  • 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
  • Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies

Compensation
  • USA, TX, Austin – $79,500.00 – $ USD annually
  • USA, VA, Herndon – $79,500.00 – $ USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle – $82,700.00 – $ USD annually
