Trade Coordinator

Trade Coordinator – Full-Time – Onsite Position – 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653

• Career Growth: Gain hands‑on experience in international trade compliance and logistics.
• Collaborative Culture: Work with internal teams and external partners to keep global supply chains moving.
• Skill Development: Learn U.S. Customs regulations, Preferential Trade Agreements, and CTPAT security programs.

• Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
• Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
• Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
• Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
• Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.

• Education: Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred).
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
• Languages: English required;
  Spanish a plus.
• Certifications: CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.
• Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
