The Role

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills to support successful customer program launches. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver complex programs in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate can balance independent work with collaboration and thrives in evolving, multi‑stakeholder ecosystems.

The Person

As a Program Manager, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to manage customer programs and portfolios, develop a strong understanding of customer platforms and solutions, and translate customer needs into clear, actionable plans. You will help align product solutions with customer platforms and support a positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and manage projects and program plans with guidance from management and senior technical stakeholders
  • Apply project management principles effectively across small to large, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Lead programs of technical and organizational significance that span multiple engineering and business teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or ways of working
  • Create and maintain program artifacts such as schedules, resource plans and forecasts, risk and issue logs
  • Communicate project status clearly and consistently, helping teams understand dependencies and priorities
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and work collaboratively to develop mitigation or action plans
  • Collaborate with core and execution teams to surface concerns, elevate when appropriate, and support corrective actions
  • Collect, analyze, and share program performance data through dashboards and recurring status updates
Preferred Experience
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability for shared outcomes
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience involving team members in planning, decision‑making, and execution
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or influencing others is a plus
  • Comfort communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Experience working in matrixed or cross‑functional environments
  • Background in technical program management and customer or stakeholder relationship management
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and risk mitigation with Engineering, Program/Project Management, Business Units, Product Management, and external partners
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms)
Academic Credentials
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Formal project management training or hands‑on experience; certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus
