Job Description

Wise Platform enables businesses to use Wise’s payment infrastructure for payroll, expense management, invoice payments, and more, to millions of people & businesses globally. As an Enterprise Pricing Manager in the NAM (Austin) region, you will work across Sales, Finance, Product and Operations to elevate the Wise Platform pricing framework.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Wise Platform pricing framework for NAM and help to onboard new partners, launch new products, and expand the team across several countries in NAM.
  • Create strong relationships with the GM of NAM, sales and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with pricing analytics and commercial teams to ensure unit economics allocation is accurate and reflected in pricing models for the NAM region.
  • Own commercial modelling and discussions for new and existing key accounts to price sustainably.
  • Own the reprice process across NAM based on outputs from the Pricing Model.
  • Create pricing controls to ensure contracts shared are within our governance framework.
  • Support commercial discussions with Sales teams to ensure pricing stays within the pricing framework.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in Finance, Pricing or Deal Desk with a large demanding Sales team, supporting complex deal modelling.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience building commercial models and self‑serving tools for sales, to determine pricing and measure impact.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, proven in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience building visualization dashboards (Looker, Superset).
  • B2B commercial experience.
  • Proactive problem‑solving: proposing problem statements, models, approaches and solutions without waiting for tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and structure approach toward problem resolution.
  • Technical and commercial savviness, understanding the mechanics of what makes a business grow.
Additional Information
  • Compensation: USD 135,000 – USD 175,000 yearly.
