Business Development & Growth Intern | Realign & Thrive
It is an internship at Realign & Thrive, offering hybrid/remote flexibility. Realign & Thrive is a founder‑led business that helps leaders and organizations prevent burnout, improve performance, and build healthier high‑performing cultures through workshops, coaching, team programs, and speaking engagements. This role is crucial for supporting the founder in expanding the business through direct outreach, relationship‑building, and strategic growth initiatives. It provides a hands‑on learning experience in how a founder‑led business actually grows through relationships and strategic opportunity creation.

To support strategic growth initiatives by building relationships and creating new business opportunities. - Tech Stack:
Trello, CRM tools
- Research:
Research target companies and decision‑makers to build comprehensive prospect lists. - Outreach:
Support Linked In networking and outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients. - Communication:
Draft personalized outreach messages and follow‑ups to engage prospects effectively. - Tracking:
Track leads and conversations efficiently using Trello and other CRM tools. - Opportunity Identification:
Identify speaking, partnership, and general business opportunities for the founder.
- Background:
Student pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Economics, Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO), Corporate Communication, or Liberal Arts with an interest in consulting or sales. - Experience:
No specific years required, but a demonstrated interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship is essential. - Skills:
Professional and confident communication, strong organizational and dependability skills, a proactive and ambitious approach, a coachable attitude with a growth mindset, and an enjoyment for relationship‑building and networking. - Bonus:
Curiosity about business, entrepreneurship, and consulting.
