Role Profile
The People Experience Intern is a part‑time, non‑exempt role that will assist in creating an engaging and meaningful team member experience, supporting the Co‑op’s People Experience team. The People Experience Intern will report to the PX Business Partner and partner closely with the People Experience Vice President and the People Experience Operations Coordinator.

Key Accountabilities & Achievements- People Operations & Lifecycle Coordination
- Support the accurate and timely execution of core team member lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, document collection, and routine administrative tasks to ensure a smooth team member experience.
- People Programs & Lifecycle Execution
- Assist in executing key people programs and lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and positive team member experience.
- HRIS, Data Integrity & Operational Support
- Support maintaining accurate team member data through system updates, audits, and reporting support. Contribute to data integrity and efficient PX operations by supporting system administration and documentation.
- Talent Programs & Learning Coordination
- Support the execution of talent and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, onboarding schedules, learning materials, internal workshops, recognition programs, and career development logistics that strengthen team member growth and engagement.
- Team Member Experience, Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in engagement initiatives, events, and feedback efforts while identifying opportunities to improve PX processes, documentation, and overall team member experience.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and submit to MVR checks upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and self‑report any infractions that may affect driving eligibility.
- Students must be enrolled at an accredited university in Texas with a minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Basic familiarity with photography equipment and/or design tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is required.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, follow creative direction, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours with variable schedules from week to week that may include days, evenings, weekends, and 3 of the 6 UT home gamedays.
- Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, and moving about to accomplish tasks or between worksites.
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move objects, including photography and studio equipment.
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office and studio setting with adequate ventilation.
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions during on-location shoots and events.
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends during busy seasons, events, and gamedays.
