Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations, with a strong focus on labor solutions for data center projects. This role will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing a high‑performing sales team in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly within the data center and construction sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships related to data center labor staffing and support services
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Director, Senior Manager, or similar)
- Experience selling or managing labor solutions for data center projects
- Strong understanding of workforce staffing, construction, or skilled labor industries
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage high‑value accounts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, visit job sites, and support business development efforts
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Existing network within the data center, construction, or infrastructure industries
- Experience working with national or large‑scale projects
