Position: Sustainability Consultant for China Market compliance
Support customer in addressing China market specific sustainability requirements by ensuring compliance readiness, enabling supplier programs, and delivering measurable ESG outcomes across supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess China regulatory & customer sustainability expectations and translate them into actionable requirements.

Lead gap assessments across product, and supplier sustainability (GHG, energy, waste, water, materials compliance).

Develop roadmaps for compliance, reporting readiness, and supplier decarbonization initiatives.

Define data, KPI, and governance models; enable traceability and audit readiness.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Customer teams and suppliers) and drive executive-ready communication.

Must-Have Skills:

ESG/sustainability consulting experience (carbon accounting, decarbonization, supply chain sustainability, audits).

Familiarity with China sustainability/regulatory landscape and supplier ecosystems.

Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and structured problem-solving.

Ability to convert requirements into implementable operating models and digital/data needs.

Experience: 6 12+ years; consulting + manufacturing/electronics supply chain preferred
