We’re looking for a service-oriented, motivated Project Manager Real Estate (Design and Construction)

What we’re looking for:

A hands‑on, design and construction focused project leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. While formally part of the Real Estate team, this role manages the day‑to‑day execution of multiple projects—from new clinic builds and expansions to acquisitions and remodels—often all  role offers a chance to make a big impact as Epiphany Dermatology continues to grow nationwide.

What you’ll do:
  • Travel to designated markets, as needed, to oversee clinic construction projects from pre‑construction through completion/turnover
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
  • Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day activities of contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards
  • Support permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and prepare and distribute detailed progress reports to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and address project issues or risks to avoid delays, control cost, and keep timelines on track
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., Implementation, Operations, IT, Marketing) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of project goals
  • Assist in the onboarding, coordination, and ongoing management of general contractors and external vendors
  • Other duties as assigned
It’ll help to have/be:
  • Able to build strong, positive relationships with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Proven project management skills with success in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly, listen effectively, and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and social intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage and maintain complex schedules and workflows
Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in a multi‑site commercial construction environment (healthcare or medical office/clinic construction is a plus)
  • Experience supporting construction projects through planning, coordination, execution, and closeout phase
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate, and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace and where change is expected
  • Self‑starter with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Work Environment and

Physical Requirements

Administrative office with possible minimum visits to medical offices; may include exposure to procedure/exam rooms and laboratory environments, communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
