Responsibility as a Commissions Specialist
:
Reporting directly to the Controller, the Commissions Specialist is responsible for supporting many of the Commission processing activities within Net Suite to complete the monthly cycles. This includes the collection and maintenance of employee, customer, and quota information, execution of audits, and providing customer support to our salespeople in response to inquiries, identifying issues, searching for root causes and pursuing resolution.

The individual will also be asked to provide feedback on current business processes, to look for inefficiencies.

You have an innate understanding of analytics to be able to solve complex commission structures and reconcile accounts under pressure driven deadlines. Above all, you are dependable and someone with great integrity.

• Reconcile and maintain commission structure.
• Ability to query data and reconcile based on results.
• Ability to solve problems through analytics.
• Experience with sensitive / confidential material.
• Able to create and prepare presentations using a variety of software and techniques.
• Able to adapt the ever changing needs of the business.
• Support the office and lead management team as a member of the Finance group.

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Practical understanding of Cloud related technologies in the hospitality or retail industries.
• Implementation experience with commission based tools.
• Background in Accounting.

Qualifications:

• Only Austin, TX based candidates will be considered.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft office tools. (strong MS Excel skills)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Highest standards of accuracy, precision and organization.
