About The Role

In this role, you'll spearhead the optimization of product performance and operational excellence across multiple products in our consumer portfolio (Roamly RV and F&I protections). Working closely with the Head of Product, you'll dive deep into our core offerings while crafting seamless user experiences that drive measurable results.

Your work at Roamly
  • Assist in the complete product development lifecycle from conception through launch, working directly with the Head of Product to define requirements and priorities
  • Take ownership of your assigned products, ensuring quality delivery and business outcomes while maintaining a results-driven approach.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend changes and/or enhancements to leadership
  • Create digital experiences that boost conversion rates through data-informed research and experimentation
  • Experience incubating new solutions, ideas, and strategies through technology, and bringing those ideas to market quickly and on time
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the Head of Product, helping to shape the future of our product offerings and organization
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring product decisions align with strategic objectives and contribute to long-term success
  • Write clear user stories that translate business objectives into development priorities
  • Support agents and claims on product questions or troubleshooting customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with business members and engineering on resolving system issues
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to incorporate their requirements into your product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Analytics to ensure accurate insurance reporting
